Booking & Cancellation Policy

I know you'll appreciate my time is my business, so late cancellations, last minute changes and missed appointments have a really big impact on my income as well as my availability for other people seeking support with their health and wellbeing.

All appointments must be secured with a 50% deposit and I require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you miss your appointment or need to cancel or reschedule it without giving at least 24 hours notice, you’ll be responsible for 100% of the appointment fee. Please note any money paid will be non-refundable, and any outstanding amount will be taken from saved card payment details.

If you become unwell within the 24 hour notice period, please contact me immediately on 07587 649594 to avoid any cancellation fee.

You’ll be sent a confirmation of your appointment and a follow up reminder approximately 48 hours prior to your appointment to give you plenty of time to make any changes or amendments.
